Liz's mission is to support YOU to develop effective self care plans so you can thrive and enjoy the heart centered work you were born to do. Her inspiration for teaching therapeutic mindfulness techniques comes from her perseverance through chronic pain, cancer and past addictions. Finding solace in yoga, meditation and mindfulness based healing practices supported her ability to achieve sobriety while healing through physical pains and illness.
She has a passion for serving women, social workers, leaders and caregivers as she knows this is the population who become at risk for developing high risk medical conditions due to a lack of consistent self care. As a natural caregiver and social worker herself, she knows all too well the ways in which self care can become lost and how illness can take over.
