Liz has a strong background in coaching and counseling. She holds certifications as a Mindful Life Coach and as a Wellness Coach through the Guiding Mindful Change program. She received training from the UCSD Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program. Additionally, she earned her Master of Arts degree in Counseling with an emphasis on Mental Illness and Substance Abuse. Her holistic approach embodies the need to address each level of being for your balance of mind, body and spirit. Liz's mission is to support YOU to thrive and enjoy the heart centered work you were born to do. She thrives on supporting women and leaders to discover and develop the courage needed to provide excellent service to others. She created the Wonder Women Networking group in 2016 to support women entrepreneurs to rise above the professional and personal challenges that present themselves in their entrepreneurial journey. She provides a monthly gathering to bring San Diego women business owners together to connect, collaborate, share wisdom and inspire! We all know the journey of an entrepreneur can often be riddled with fear, doubt and isolation and that is why Liz believes that through the support of professional coaching, entrepreneurial friendship and professional partnership, there is no obstacle that can't be overcome!
Additionally, she facilitates wellness classes and workshops to support the entrepreneur on their path to create a holistic and grounded way of life.
