Blessing In Disguise

What appears to be a problem is actually a blessing in disguise. When we are faced with disappointments, unexpected changes in our path or direction, it can throw us off, spinning us down a dark tunnel of despair.
It is at these very times that we can pause and consider that this door's closing is simply lighting the way for a brighter pathway. As you walk through these unexpected circumstances and changes, have faith in the fact that these moments are serving your highest good.
One of the most amazing certainties about life is that we live in uncertainty. We can be sure that the future is always unknown and it's in the predicting that can get us caught up and led into a place of disappointment when the plans we made do not appear as we painted.
Take this time to go inward and trust the process. Take faith in understanding that the reasons behind this present situation will be revealed as transitions occur and the situation resolves.
As they say, when one door closes, another one opens. Be willing to walk away from the closed door, take a moment to mourn if it feels right. Take grace as you embrace gratitude for the opening door that is slowly and surely occurring for you now.

I am fascinated, moved and excited by your blog. And your photography is beautiful. Interesting experience today. I have had (past tense) a hand tremor which interfered with my typing. Today, now, my typing is
noticeably better! I am assuming the yoga and hugs and maybe good
eating have something to do with it.
Were your trainings and certifications with Billie Francis? We both belong to Vision Center for Spiritual Living, which just moved very near to Kaiser Medical Offices, in Allied Gardens, Mission Gorge.
Oh, my ex has Alzheimer's, and my daughter (45) just moved to
Madison WI to monitor his care. He apparently may be in the stage of
asking questions over and over, and not remembering the activities he
just finished.
I have some ideas of several organizations that might be interested and enjoyable places for your presentations: OASIS Center At Macy's
for persons 50+, The Alzheimer's Assn. offers many presentations.
I don't know if one has to be on staff, but I believe you have a great deal
to offer in that area. Also, the Southern Caregivers Resource Assn.
offers many resources. I believe they are a resource for caregivers,
don't know about their services for other clients. Hugs, Judith
